No upfront payment is required. Fees are determined and processed in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Personalized advocacy for students with disabilities and their families. Services may include educational record review, IEP preparation, meeting preparation and attendance, school-team communication, transition planning, and advocacy for appropriate educational services and supports. Scope and service limits are defined in the service agreement. Services start at $3,500. Final fees depend on the scope and complexity of the case and will be confirmed in a written service agreement before services begin.

Personalized Independent Facilitation services for individuals and families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). Service rates and authorized hours are based on the participant’s approved SDP funding and service agreement. Payment may be processed through the participant’s FMS when authorized.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to the participant for authorized services. Payment is based on the applicable service agreement and authorized funding.
