Personalized IHSS advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities and their families. Services may include case review, assessment preparation, document review, authorized-hours review, and advocacy support.
No upfront payment is required. Fees are determined and processed in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Personalized Independent Facilitation services for individuals and families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). Service rates and authorized hours are based on the participant’s approved SDP funding and service agreement. Payment may be processed through the participant’s FMS when authorized.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to the participant for authorized services. Payment is based on the applicable service agreement and authorized funding.
