Personalized Independent Facilitation services for individuals and families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). Service rates and authorized hours are based on the participant’s approved SDP funding and service agreement. Payment may be processed through the participant’s FMS when authorized.
There is no out-of-pocket cost to the participant for authorized services. Payment is based on the applicable service agreement and authorized funding.
